Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating Tasks
Checking and verifying own completed work.
Design and CAD/CAM Work Preparation
Reviewing projects with the Team Leader Work Preparation and ensuring all documentation is complete, including slat lists and measurement data.
Measuring and surveying projects.
Designing teak decks and other components according to customer requirements, applicable customer standards, and available materials.
Submitting drawings to customers for approval.
Preparing drawings for production.
CAM Programming (Alphacam & Biesse Solid).
Managing project-related inventory transactions (additions and deductions) in Excel.
Processing drawing revisions and maintaining revision control.
Preparing production manuals, work instructions, and work orders.
Managing processes in accordance with internal procedures and guidelines.
Setting up, maintaining, and monitoring project statuses in ClickUp.

Consultation and Communication:
Internal consultation with the Team Leader Work Preparation regarding project status, progress, and planning.
Participation in internal toolbox meetings and project kick-off meetings.
External communication with customers regarding drawing approvals, specifications, details, and related matters.
D. Personal Development and Knowledge Transfer
Keeping professional knowledge up to date in response to changes within the company, technologies, systems, or legislation and regulations relevant to the position.

Compliance and Safety:
Complying with all safety regulations, company procedures, and work instructions, and addressing unsafe working practices when applicable.

Other Duties:
Performing additional tasks related to the position as required.

Responsibilities.
The employee is responsible for:
• Carrying out all key responsibilities with quality and within agreed deadlines.
• Preparing segment drawings accurately and on time.
• Creating CNC programs accurately and on time.
• Managing and maintaining technical drawings.
• Managing the inventory of edging timber and slats.
• Preparing production manuals and work orders.
• Setting up, maintaining, and monitoring project statuses in ClickUp.

Authority:
• Execution of all tasks and responsibilities associated with the position.

What do we expect

Knowledge and Skills
• Educational level: Minimum MBO Level 3 (equivalent to vocational/technical education).
• Additional training/certifications:
o AutoCAD
o Category B driving licence is preferred.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Extensive experience, affinity, and knowledge of woodworking and timber processing.
• Knowledge of and experience with CAD/CAM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Languages: Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
